The Science Behind the Meals For Longevity (MFL) Program

At Meals For Longevity®, we believe healthy eating recommendations should be transparent and grounded in credible scientific research.

The MFL Program Framework™ was developed by combining established principles from nutrition science, culinary medicine, behavioral science, cooking skills research, and professional culinary practice. Rather than relying on a single study, the framework integrates findings from multiple peer-reviewed publications to help translate nutrition science into practical, enjoyable, and sustainable eating habits.

The research below represents many of the key publications that inspired the development of the MFL Program Framework™.
