2. Non-Refundable Products and Services
The following products and services are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund:
E-Recipes: Once an e-recipe is purchased and delivered, the sale is final.
Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
A La Carte Services: This includes the "A La Carte Online Premium Chef's Services" and "MFL Chef@Home Service." Due to the customized and on-demand nature of these services, all sales are final once the purchase has been made.
3. Semi-Annual Membership Refund Policy
The following conditions apply to semi-annual memberships:
Initial Purchase: You may request a refund on your initial semi-annual membership purchase within 30 days of the transaction date.
Refund Processing: All refunds are subject to a cancellation fee of $14.98. This fee includes a charge equivalent to one month's subscription fee ($9.99) plus a $4.99 cancellation fee.
Automatic Renewal: Your semi-annual membership will automatically renew for an additional six months unless you cancel. All fees for renewed semi-annual memberships are non-refundable.
Cancellation: To avoid a renewal charge, it is your responsibility to cancel your membership at least 2 days before the next scheduled billing date.
4. Loss of Access
Upon processing a refund for an eligible semi-annual membership, your access to the content and services associated with that membership will be immediately terminated. Please consider this consequence before requesting a refund.
