  • Each meal is freshly prepared with locally sourced, non-GMO, and unprocessed ingredients (unless noted) for maximum freshness. When feasible, organic ingredients are chosen over standard quality while keeping pricing accessible. Ingredients are selected daily and cooked on the day of delivery.

    Meals come in different sizes, packaged in microwavable containers to fit a balanced five-meal daily routine.

Our meals, combined with your breakfast (approximately 300 calories) and two light snacks (around 150 calories each), help you meet your total daily calorie goals.     1500 Calorie Meal Plan: 1/2 cup vegetables, 1/2 cup starch, 4 oz. protein, plus gravy

    • Target Audience: Ideal for individuals looking to lose weight or maintain a lower caloric intake.

    • Meal Composition: Features smaller portion sizes, with carefully selected ingredients to ensure a balanced intake of essential nutrients while keeping the calorie count low.

    • Daily Distribution: Meals are crafted to provide approximately 500 calories each.

    • Nutritional Balance Modifiers:

      • Limit bread to 2 portions per day.

      • Reduce daily starch intake.

    Every Saturday morning, the chef will publish the next menu for new orders.

    All the meal recipes are developed by a certified chef and, when combined under the guidelines of The New Modern Mediterranean Diet Italian Pyramid, can potentially contribute to increasing your longevity.

  • Commercial Kitchen Orders: The chef offers free delivery for orders of 5 meals or more.

    Exclusive In-Home Chef Services: This service requires a minimum order of 20 meals and is subject to availability.

    Based on your scheduled booking, the chef will:

    • Shop for fresh ingredients the day before.

    • Arrive at your home with prepped ingredients and professional cooking equipment.

    • Finalize, package, label, and store your meals.

    All the chef needs is access to your electric power, a four-burner stove, a sink, and your kitchen counters. He can prepare your meals in just two to four hours, depending on the service you've scheduled.

  • Meals prepared have a 7-day shelf life.

    Microwave for 3-4 minutes on high and then serve.

    For optimal enjoyment, we recommend replating your meal in a nice china dish to fully savor the original flavors.
