My Vision & Mission

Heart, Soul, Time and Science. Poured Into Every Recipe.

My Story

It began on January 20, 2021, in the quiet serenity of my father’s summer condo in Lido delle Nazioni, Italy. Surrounded by the rhythms of the Adriatic coast, I was inspired by the local centenarians—men and women living with remarkable vitality well into their 100s.

I asked myself: How can I bring this vitality to the rest of the world?

From that spark, Meals For Longevity was born. I have dedicated over 15,000 hours of deliberate practice, testing, and refinement to codify the ancient wisdom of the Mediterranean into a precise, science-backed program ready for your table.

My Dedication

This program is dedicated to the memory of my father, Francesco Urbano, whose life and passion for cooking inspired my own culinary journey and professional standard.

Papa was born shortly after WWII in rural Terlizzi, Puglia—the heart of Southern Italy. He was raised on the original, land-based Mediterranean diet. His resourcefulness and the "Cucina Povera" of Puglia showed me that the greatest health is found in simple, high-quality ingredients.

Meals For Longevity is my continuation of his wisdom. I have spent 15,000 hours codifying these traditions into a precise medical-culinary framework so that others can experience the vitality he championed.

My father passed away on May 6, 2020, during the pandemic. Due to travel restrictions, I was unable to be with him. On his dinner table, as a final message and legacy to me, he left a book: "Le ricette regionali della Puglia."

"I will always cherish the memories we shared in the kitchen. Your passion for cooking will continue to inspire me in my culinary journey. I love you, Papa. With just a little more time, I could have seen you one last time. Later!"
Your son, Giuseppe Urbano
