Born in Milano in 1972, Chef Giuseppe Urbano was raised at the source of the Mediterranean culture. However, his life’s work has been more than just cooking—it has been a 36-year mission to decode the "Longevity Formula."

He began his formal journey at the prestigious Italian Culinary Institute “Carlo Porta” in Milano. Under the mentorship of Executive Chef Maurizio Bosotti, he mastered the authentic secrets of the Mediterranean Diet long before it was a global trend.

Chef Giuseppe has dedicated over 15,000 hours to deconstructing the foundational scientific works of the Mediterranean Diet. His program is a modern synthesis of the three pillars of nutritional science:
