Yes, you are right I am one of the few in the world who is applying his professional experience in cooking to the health of people. I have been working on this project for 3 years. I reorganized the recipes most served and requested by the American people to fit the guidelines of the latest Mediterranean diet.
Currently, I have been testing and finalizing the program under the umbrella of a local Bank CEO (I can't disclose the name) who fell in love with my program due to her wife being sick of breast cancer, and he paid for two years of research and still supports my work as the wife is getting better. Research is finished, and the initial program is completed. I am finalizing about 50 recipes to start the program and slowly adding more and more (I have 250 ready).

I will open the subscriptions for $9.99 so people can enjoy unlimited downloads of the recipes and the use of the meal plan builder. Hopefully, it will happen by the end of January. Entering a recipe online can take up to 8 hours, but I am working hard to do it in the time available.
After I reach 500 subscribers, I will open up to members, where one of the benefits will be Mediterranean Diet cooking classes and cooking recipes with the chef on demand.
My program is open to anyone whose time and health are valuable to themselves, to inspire new generations. My program can be done with the cooking equipment and pots and pans that are usually present in any home kitchen.
I have noticed you live in the same area as I do. I am in Sarasota. I am thinking of organizing something local in the future, but at this time, it is just a thought. If there is enough interest locally, I have time on Fridays or Saturdays after I finish publishing on the website to offer something. I will keep it on my list of options.
