After two years of dedicated effort, countless experiments, and numerous iterations, I finally completed the review process for my Mediterranean Diet recipes. They are about 200 recipes so far! This final version includes step-by-step instructions, accompanied by relevant images of me preparing the dish. To make things even better, the recipe incorporates dietary notes about the ingredients' properties, based on trusted nutritional information available online. Additionally, I've included a personal Chef note, drawing from my extensive 35 years of professional cooking experience! It felt strange to follow my own recipe rather than relying on my instincts to create a delightful dish. This time, I told myself, "Come on, you can do it!" And guess what? The soup turned out absolutely perfect, boasting a delightful balance of flavors. Surprisingly, it only took about 15 minutes to prepare. I didn't even need to rely on my culinary superpowers because the Meals For Longevity recipe did all the work for me! It was wonderfully simple.

I wanted to share this remarkable experience with you because I'm certain you're eager to learn more about how my Mediterrean Diet program, which revolves around the motto "Add Time Eating Better!", actually works.
