Meals start at $15. Menus rotate weekly and repeat every four weeks to provide a balanced and diverse experience of the modern Mediterranean Diet.

Our shared commercial kitchen offers free delivery with a minimum order of 5 meals. For exclusive in-home chef services, a minimum order of 20 meals (2 servings each of the menu listed below) is required. This service is subject to availability.

Our freshly prepared meals are packaged in microwave-safe containers, cooked the day of service, and utilize locally sourced, non-GMO, and minimally processed ingredients (unless otherwise noted) for ultimate freshness. We carefully select ingredients daily, ensuring they are rated "Good" to "Excellent" (above 50) on the Yuka app. Whenever possible, we prioritize organic ingredients while keeping our meals affordable and accessible.

Meals are perfectly portioned to fit your weekly New Modern Mediterranean Diet plan and daily calorie needs, supporting a balanced five-meal daily routine:

  • Small: Designed for a 1,500-calorie daily plan.

  • Medium: Aligns with a 2,000-calorie daily plan.

  • Large: Supports a 2,500-calorie daily plan.

  • Extra-Large: Includes extra lean proteins, recommended for daily plans exceeding 2,500 calories.

  • Add lean protein toppings for your vegetarian meals, now available for extra customization

To Enjoy: Microwave for 2-3 minutes, or heat on the stove until 165°F. Storage: Meals stay fresh for up to 7 days in the refrigerator and up to 2 months in the freezer (applies to dinner and soup options). Each order includes a 7-day meal plan for balanced nutrition.

Submit your order using the form below, and the chef will send you a confirmation within a few hours. Payment is due on the day of service.

We kindly request a minimum order of 5 meals.

  • We’re committed to supporting your health goals through the New Modern Mediterranean Diet. Our menus can accommodate therapeutic dietary needs, including modifications to sodium, sugar, fat, fiber, and gluten content. If you have specific dietary requirements, please contact us directly so we can discuss how to best assist you.

    When meals are prepared in a shared kitchen facility that is regularly inspected by the health department, we cook alongside other chefs and use common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soybeans, wheat, eggs, milk, shellfish, and fish. Because of this shared environment, please be aware that cross-contact with these ingredients is possible, even if they are not listed in your specific meal.

    If you have any food allergies, please go ahead and submit your meal order. Our chef will then email you a Food Allergy Information Form, which must be completed before your order can be confirmed and put into production. This step is necessary for us to evaluate any safety risks.

    • Small Dinner: 1/2 cup vegetables, 1/2 cup starch, 4 oz. protein, plus gravy.

    • Medium Dinner: 1/2 cup vegetables, 2/3 cup starch, 5 oz. protein, plus gravy.

    • Large Dinner: 1 cup vegetables, 1 cup starch, 6 oz. protein, plus gravy.

    • Extra Large Dinner: 1 cup vegetables, 1 cup starch, and your choice of protein (7 oz., 8 oz., 9 oz., or more).
