📅 28-Day Health Transformation: We run a 4-week menu rotation to ensure variety. A new menu is posted every Friday at 12:00 p.m.

Order Deadlines: Order by Saturday 5 PM for Tuesday Delivery. Order by Wednesday 5 PM for Friday Delivery.

  • Meal Sizes & Calorie Plans

    Enjoy the plan that best aligns with your daily energy requirements. All portions are precisely measured to ensure nutritional consistency.

    • 🅢 SMALL (1,500 cal/day)

      • Lunch: ~1.0 lb total weight.

      • Dinner: 4 oz Protein* with sauce/gravy, ½ cup Starch, and 4 oz Vegetables.

    • 🅜 MEDIUM (2,000 cal/day)

      • Lunch: ~1.25 lb total weight.

      • Dinner: 5 oz Protein* with sauce/gravy, ¾ cup Starch, and 4 oz Vegetables.

    • 🅛 LARGE (2,500 cal/day)

      • Lunch: ~1.5 lb total weight.

      • Dinner: 6 oz Protein* with sauce/gravy, 1 cup Starch, and 4 oz Vegetables.

    • The Lunch Swap: Traditional grains in your soups are replaced with a Protein Power-Up (tender roasted chicken).

    Upgrade Pricing:

    • Small & Medium Plans: Adds 3 oz roasted chicken to lunch soups (+$2.00 per soup).

    • Large Plan: Adds 6 oz roasted chicken to lunch soups (+$4.00 per soup).

    1. 1. Personalize Your Selections Simply choose your meals from the categories below. As you click on an item, a detailed ingredient list will appear to help you make the best choice for your goals. To ensure nutritional precision, please submit a separate form for each family member if they require a different portion size or nutritional path.

      2. Customization & Confirmation Please enter any specific allergies or dietary restrictions in the designated field. Once you submit the form, I will personally review it and confirm your request via text or email within a few hours to finalize your spot on the route.

      3. Fresh Service & Payment I believe in the science of freshness, so your meals are prepared the very same day they are delivered. A minimum of 5 meals is required for service, and delivery is always free. Payment is collected at the time of delivery; I accept all major credit cards, though I prefer Zelle, check, or cash whenever possible.

      4. Deadlines & Support

      • Order by Saturday 5 PM for Tuesday Delivery.

      • Order by Wednesday 5 PM for Friday Delivery.

  • Please be home at the scheduled time or provide access to your kitchen.

  • Have your kitchen clean, organized, and with enough space for cooking.

  • Ensure appliances (stove, oven, sink, hood, and dishwasher) are working, and your fridge has room for meals.

  • Chef Giuseppe will prepare and package everything for you, but will not serve meals.

  • If you order fewer than 20 meals, your order may be combined with others and prepared in a shared kitchen.
